HeimishAI ("we"), operated by stardev, Brooklyn, NY, provides a text-message, phone, and web-chat question-and-answer service.
What we collect
Your phone number (or a browser session identifier for web chat), the messages you send us, our replies, optional profile details you choose to provide (name, occupation, answer-length preference, email address), and usage and billing records.
How we use it
Solely to operate the service: answering your questions, maintaining your conversation history so you can continue past conversations, sending transcripts you request by email, and billing. Questions are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate answers.
What we do not do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your data. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention and deletion
